Fabulous location for attending the Barrett Jackson Car Show, Arabian Horse Show, Phoenix Open and Spring Training Games. A short drive to great hiking at McDowell Sonoran Preserve.

Comfortable and luxurious- great floor plan. Beautifully appointed bedrooms, well-appointed kitchen with eat-in bar/nook and stools, huge, comfortable sectional with 65" TV, gorgeous dining room area and glider patio furniture make for a great vacation! **(Note: floors look brown in some of the pictures, they are actually grey)**

Summary: We stayed at this property over Christmas break with our three teenage children. It was immaculate and contained all of the necessary items that one would need while away. It was beautifully decorated and it was a large space so comfortable for all. The pool and hot tub were always easy to access and enjoy for a day. The location is superb as you are able to walk to shops and restaurants. We would happily request to stay again. The hosts were incredibly kind and quick to respond should you need them! Thank you!

Summary: This property was as described. Beautiful accommodations and lots of room. The use of the garage was great to have with all the hot weather. Location was perfect as it was easy to walk to the grocery store or Kierland Commons for restaurants and other amenities. Kimberlee was a fantastic host and very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this home and looking forward to coming back.

Summary: Kimberlee is a fabulous host! The property is great and the location is fantastic and spacious. We also loved the pool area. The unit has almost everything you would need except a kettle, a portable speaker and full length mirrors in the bedrooms. We would definitely recommend to friends and stay again!
